Menu Path: Customer Service Customers Setup Customer Group Maintenance
Define customer groups.
Use Customer Group Maintenance to group customers together, typically for sales reporting and analysis. Customers are assigned to customer groups in Customer Maintenance.
Note You can filter by customer group in Customer Analysis.
