Menu Path: Accounts Receivable Customer Payments Customer Invoice Due Date Change Utility
Change due dates of accounts receivable transactions.
Use Customer Invoice Due Date Change Utility to change a due date for accounts receivable collection. This program is typically used to correct billing payment terms errors.
Note When you change an invoice due date, a note is automatically made, which indicates the date change, and can be viewed by clicking the Notes button in the ribbon in Customer Open Accounts Receivable Management or Customer Open Accounts Receivable Inquiry.

Description |
Enter the transaction number for which you want to change the due date, or click the Lookup button to select the transaction number. Note You can only change the due date for open accounts receivable transactions. For transactions with split terms, enter the reference number suffix in the extra field that appears to the right of the transaction number, or click the Lookup button to select the reference number suffix. The suffix for the first payment is 01, for the second payment is 02, etc. |

This field displays the payment terms for the selected accounts receivable transaction. |

This field displays the reference date for the selected accounts receivable transaction. |

This field displays the customer code of the billing customer for the selected accounts receivable transaction. |

This field displays the customer name of the billing customer for the selected accounts receivable transaction. |

This field displays the current due date for the selected accounts receivable transaction. |

Enter the new due date, or click the drop-down arrow to select a due date. This field is only enabled after you select an open accounts receivable transaction, and click the Update button in the ribbon. |
