To use Customer List, click the List button in CRM Task Management.

Purpose

Select multiple customers for a report or rule.

Overview

Use Customer List to select multiple customers for filtering. For more information on customers, see Customer Maintenance.

Click this button to close the Customer List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Customer Code

Enter a customer you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a customer.

Add

Click this button to add the customer entered in the Customer Code field to the Selected Customers grid.

Customer Code Begins

Enter the beginning of a customer you want to display in the Available Customers grid, or click the Lookup button to select a customer.

Available Customers

This grid displays customers that are not selected. Double-click a customer you want to select, or select a customer, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add the selected customer to the Selected Customers grid.

Click this button to add all customers in the Available Customers grid to the Selected Customers grid.

Click this button to remove the selected customer from the Selected Customers grid.

Click this button to remove all customers from the Selected Customers grid.

Selected Customers

This grid displays selected customers. Double-click a customer to remove it from the grid, or select a customer, and then click the left arrow button.
