Purpose

Purge customer portal users for inactive customers.

Overview

Use Customer Portal User Purge Utility to delete customer portal users associated with customers that are marked as inactive. Customers are marked as inactive in Customer Maintenance.

Purging Customer Portal Users

To purge customer portal users:

Click the Purge button in the ribbon. The Question dialog box appears, and asks you to confirm whether you want to purge customer portal users for inactive customers.
Click the Yes button. Customer portal users are purged. The number of customer portal users that are purged is displayed.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Exit	Click this button to close the Customer Portal User Purge Utility window.
Purge	Click this button to delete customer portal users for inactive customers.
