The ADPD accounts receivable payment statistic shows how long, on average, a customer is past due on the payment of invoices, regardless of the amount of the invoice. It is calculated by subtracting the payment date from the due date for each fully paid invoice, adding these results for each invoice, then dividing by the total number of invoices. Only fully paid invoices are used to calculate this statistic. Credit memos and other non-invoice accounts receivable transactions are excluded from this calculation. For an example, see Payment Statistic Calculations FAQ.
