For DRP, the forecast lock days are the number of days prior to the forecast time bucket that you have to change the original forecast.
Example If the forecast lock days is 90, then the original forecast for the April 2020 time bucket can be changed up until 1/1/2020. Changes to the forecast for the April 2020 time bucket after 1/1/2020 will not affect the original forecast.
