Definitions provide a simple way to find information about a term, field, check box, or button. It also contains documentation on simple procedures and explanations of various tasks.
Example of a definition
Currency: This field appears in numerous windows throughout the system. How do you define a currency? Where is this field referenced? Looking up the definition should answer your questions.
EXAMPLE OF A PROCEDURE
The Notes button allows you to create notes during such processes as customer order entry, purchase order entry, customer invoicing, bill of material creation, and shipment consolidation. The act of entering notes is not necessarily a separate procedure, it is part of a process such as creating a customer's order.
