The Purchasing module allows for user-specific options to be the defaults during the purchasing process. This is designed to facilitate the processing and updating of purchase orders and allow for specific privileges by user.
You can view and/or edit your purchase order user options in User Extended Options. Many of the options in the User Extended Options window cannot be selected or updated in Update mode. This is a security feature of the software.
Changing your purchase order user options generally is conducted by a person responsible for administering the system for your company.
