Validation Fields

Workflow tasks can be assigned a validation field to ensure that valid data is entered for the task. For example, if the task involves a user entering the color of a product, you can assign the Color Code field as the validation field for the task to ensure only valid colors are entered. Available validation fields vary by module, workflow type, and workflow level.
