Question: Is there a way to recover any information that is lost during a crash of the order entry process that may have caused orders to remain fully processed?
Answer: There exists a utility (oeboutut) that backs out the allocation for orders which were crashed without being entered or cancelled. It should only be run when there are no users running Order Entry. It is advised that this utility be made available only in the System Administration module and should only be run by a user with administrator authority.
