Question: How can I verify if an invoice was paid in full?

Answer: Use Customer Open Accounts Receivable Inquiry, as follows:

  1. Enter the customer code of the customer for the invoice.

  2. Select the status of the invoice (select Open, Closed, or Both).

  3. Clear the All Reference #s check box, and enter the reference number of the invoice in the From field.

  4. Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Information for the invoice appears on the Results tab.

  5. Review the original and open amounts for the invoice. If the open amount is 0.00, then the invoice was paid in full.
