Replenishment Setup FAQ

Question: What steps are required to set up and perform replenishment of primary pick bins and/or primary pick zones?

Answer: Perform the following steps:

  1. In Product Location Maintenance, in the Selected U/M grid on the Units of Measure tab, set up a replenishment minimum, replenishment maximum, and a primary pick bin or zone (mutually exclusive) for every unit of measure to be replenished.

  2. Verify that each unit of measure that will be the source of a replenishment has a smaller unit of measure in the Break to U/M column in the Selected U/M grid on the Units of Measure tab.

  3. In Directed Putaway and Bin Replenish, create and print replenishment demands.

  4. In Inventory Bin Move Confirm and Cancel, confirm the replenishment demands after the replenishment is physically completed.

Note Units of measure are replenished only from larger units of measure (each would get replenished from a case of 12).
