Click this button to close the Forecast Audit Inquiry window.

Show Data

Click this button to display audit trail records on the Forecast Audit Detail tab based on the selected criteria.

DRP

Click this button to display the Manage Product Forecasts tab in Product DRP Management. This button is only available if the Forecast Audit Detail tab is displayed.

Notes

Click this button to display Notes Entry, which allows you to view notes for a selected product, location, forecast group, or forecast date. This button is only available if the Forecast Audit Detail tab is displayed.

All Products

Select this check box to display forecast data for all products. This check box is selected by default.

Code (Product)

Enter a product code for which to display forecast data, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Products check box.

Name (Product)

Enter a product name for which to display forecast data, or click the Lookup button to select a product name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Products check box.

All Forecast Groups

Select this check box to display forecast data for all forecast groups. This check box is selected by default.

ID (Forecast Group)

Enter a forecast group ID for which to display forecast data, or click the Lookup button to select a forecast group ID. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Forecast Groups check box.

Name (Forecast Group)

Enter a forecast group name for which to display forecast data, or click the Lookup button to select a forecast group name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Forecast Groups check box.

All Suppliers

Select this check box to display forecast data for all suppliers. This check box is selected by default.

Code (Supplier)

Enter a supplier code for which to display forecast data, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Suppliers check box.

Name (Supplier)

Enter a supplier name for which to display forecast data, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Suppliers check box.

All Shipping Locations

Select this check box to display forecast data for all shipping locations. This check box is selected by default.

Code (Shipping Location)

Enter a shipping location prefix for which to display forecast data, or click the Lookup button to select a shipping location prefix. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Shipping Locations check box.

Name (Shipping Location)

Enter a shipping location name for which to display forecast data, or click the Lookup button to select a shipping location name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Shipping Locations check box.

All Created By

Select this check box to display forecast data created by all users. This check box is selected by default.

ID (Created By)

Enter a user ID for the person that created forecast data you want to display, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Created By check box.

Name (Created By)

Enter a username for the person that created forecast data you want to display, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Created By check box.

All Created Dates

Select this check box to display forecast data created on all dates. This check box is selected by default.

From (Created Date)

Enter the first date in a range of created dates for which to display forecast data. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Created Dates check box.

To (Created Date)

Enter the last date in a range of created dates for which to display forecast data. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Created Dates check box.

All Forecast Dates

Select this check box to display forecast data for all forecast dates. This check box is selected by default.

From (Forecast Date)

Enter the first date in a range of forecast dates for which to display forecast data. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Forecast Dates check box.

To (Forecast Date)

Enter the last date in a range of forecast dates for which to display forecast data. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Forecast Dates check box.

All Forecast Types

Select this check box to display forecast data for all forecast types displayed in rows on the Manage Product Forecasts tab in Product DRP Management. This check box is selected by default.

Forecast Type

Click the Lookup button to select a forecast type for which to display forecast data. You can select one of the following options:

• Actual - Changes to the Adjusted Net Sales row on the Manage Product Forecasts tab in Product DRP Management

• Customer - Changes to the Customer Forecast row on the Manage Product Forecasts tab in Product DRP Management

• Override - Manual changes to the forecast to use by forecast group or in total

• POS - Changes to the POS Sell Through row on the Manage Product Forecasts tab in Product DRP Management

• Direct - Changes to the Customer Forecast row for direct ship forecasts on the Manage Product Forecasts tab in Product DRP Management

• Promotional - Changes to the Promotional Forecast row for direct ship forecasts on the Manage Product Forecasts tab in Product DRP Management

The Lookup button is only enabled if you clear the All Forecast Types check box.

Original Forecast Records Only

Select this check box to display only original forecast records.

Display U/M

Select a display unit off measure. For information on product units of measure, see Product Maintenance.

Primary Sort

Select a primary sort method for data on the Forecast Audit Detail tab. You can select one of the following options:

• Product ID

• Forecast Group ID

• Supplier

• Ship To Location

• Created By

• Created Date

• Forecast Date

Secondary Sort

Select a secondary sort method for data on the Forecast Audit Detail tab. You can select one of the following options:

• Product ID

• Forecast Group ID

• Supplier

• Ship To Location

• Created By

• Created Date

• Forecast Date

Forecast Audit Detail

This grid displays forecast data based on the criteria selected on the Selection tab. Double-click a row to display Product DRP Management. The grid includes the following columns:

• Product Code

• Product Name

• Shipping Location ID

• Shipping Location Name

• Supplier Code

• Supplier Name

• Forecast Group ID

• Forecast Group Name

• Forecast Type

• Forecast Date

• Quantity

• Original Forecast

• Created By

• Created Date

• Created Time
