To use Incoming Call Screen (Multiple Customers), receive an incoming call from a phone number associated with multiple customers.

NOTE Incoming Call Screen is only available if you have a Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) license.

Purpose

Select customers for incoming calls.

Overview

Use Incoming Call Screen (Multiple Customers) to select the customer for an incoming call if multiple customers are associated with the phone number that is calling.

Click this button to close the Incoming Call Screen (Multiple Customers) window.

OK

Click this button to close the Incoming Call Screen (Multiple Customers) window, and select a customer for the incoming call.

This field displays the phone number of the incoming call.

Select Matching Customer

This grid displays the customers associated with the phone number of the incoming call. Select the customer for the call.
