You can access the calendar by clicking the drop-down arrow in any date field. The date field also shows the abbreviated day of the week (for example, Sun for Sunday). The following table summarizes additional methods of entering dates.

This displays a list of calendar years that can be selected. |
Click Calendar Decade |
This displays a list of calendar decades that can be selected. |
Month and Day entry |
If you only enter the month and day and tab out of a date field, the current year is automatically entered. This reduces keystrokes because only four keystrokes are needed to enter a date in the current year instead of six. Example 12/20/20 can be entered as 1220 if the current year is 2020. |
