Menu Path: Customer Service Order Options Commissions Utilities Invoice Sales Representative Update
Change the sales representatives on invoices.
Use Invoice Sales Representative Update to change sales representatives for specific invoices and optionally, related orders.
All related sales history is also changed.

Click this button to update the sales representatives for an invoice (and the order if the Update Sales Order with NEW Rep check box is selected). |

Click this button to accept the sales representative update. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon. |
Cancel |
Click this button to cancel the sales representative update. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon. |

Enter the invoice or credit memo reference number, or click the Lookup button to select a reference number. |

This field displays the primary sales representative for the reference number entered in the Reference # field. |

This field displays the invoice or credit memo date for the reference number entered in the Reference # field. |

Enter the new primary sales representative for the reference number entered in the Reference # field, or click the Lookup button to select a sales representative. |

Select this check box to update the sales representatives on the order. |

This field displays the secondary sales representative for the reference number entered in the Reference # field. |
