To use Lifecycle Workflow Team Assignment, double-click an open workflow in Lifecycle Workflow Assignment.

Purpose

Assign tasks to product lifecycle management teams.

Use Lifecycle Workflow Team Assignment to assign tasks to specific product lifecycle management teams.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Lifecycle Workflow Team Assignment window.
Show Data	Click this button to refresh data in the Tasks grid.
Assign Tasks	Click this button to assign product lifecycle management teams to each task for which you changed the team in the Team column in the Tasks grid.

Field or Button	Description
Workflow Type	This field displays the workflow type for the workflow.
Workflow Level	This field displays the workflow level for the workflow.
Reference #	This field displays the reference number for the workflow.
Tasks	This grid displays tasks for the workflow. Enter a workflow team to which to assign each task in the Team column. This grid includes the following columns: Task - This column displays the task name for each task. Format - This column displays the format for each task. Display Sequence - This column displays the display sequence for each task. Team - Enter the product lifecycle management team for each task. The teams may default based on task settings or team rules. Team Name - This column displays the team name for the team assigned to each task.
