Menu Path: Options Mail
Send, reply, archive, and delete internal email.
Use Mail to send and manage internal email in the software. When you log in to the software, you are informed if you have new messages. Messages are sent periodically if your session is idle. Use this window to manually send email messages.
Note Automatic messages are sent by the system to indicate processing. For example, an email is automatically sent when Scheduling Assistant outputs a report or document you sent to it.

Click this button to close the Mail window. |
Delete |
Click this button to delete the selected email message. |
Send |
Click this button to create and send a new email message in Send Mail. |
Reply |
Click this button to reply to the selected email message in Reply Mail. |
Archive |
Click this button to archive the selected email message. This button is only available if you select the Mailbox radio button. To view archived messages, click the Archive radio button. |

This grid displays all messages in your mailbox or archive. For each message, you can view the sender, the date sent, and the subject. Click a message to view it. |

This field displays the sender of the message selected in the Mail grid. |

This field displays the date and time the message selected in the Mail grid was sent. |

This field displays the subject of the message selected in the Mail grid. |

This field displays the contents of the message. |
