Define marketing representatives.
Use Marketing Representative Maintenance to define valid marketing representatives. A marketing representative must be associated with a marketing team and can be assigned to customers or prospects. Every customer or prospect can have an assigned primary and secondary marketing representative. This can be used for CRM integration purposes.

Enter a marketing representative ID, or click the Lookup button to select a marketing representative ID. |

Enter the marketing representative's first name. |

Enter the marketing representative's last name. |

Select whether the marketing representative is the First Person (primary), Second Person (secondary) or Both (can act in either capacity). Note The type determines if this marketing representative can be entered in the Marketing Representative 1 or Marketing Representative 2 fields in Customer Maintenance. |

Enter a commission group if the marketing representative receives commissions, or click the Lookup button to select a commission group. Note Commissions are not calculated for marketing representatives. |

Enter the marketing representative's email address. This is informational only. |

Select this check box if the marketing representative is active. This check box is selected by default. Note If this check box is cleared, the marketing representative cannot be entered in Customer Maintenance. |
