Purpose

Maintain order line cancel reason codes.

Overview

Use Order Line Cancel Reason Code Maintenance to create, update, and delete order line cancel reason codes. Order line cancel reason codes are used to describe the reason an order line item is cancelled.

Creating Order Line Cancel Reason Codes

To create an order line cancel reason code:

Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter a code in the Order Line Cancel Reason Code field.
Enter a description and detailed description in the Short Description and Detailed Description fields.
If the code is not active, clear the Active check box.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The order line cancel reason code is created.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Order Line Cancel Reason Code Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new order line cancel reason code.
Update	Click this button to update the selected order line cancel reason code.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected order line cancel reason code.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first order line cancel reason code.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous order line cancel reason code.
Next	Click this button to display the next order line cancel reason code.
Last	Click this button to display the last order line cancel reason code.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Order Line Cancel Reason Code	Enter an order line cancel reason code, or click the Lookup button to select an existing order line cancel reason code.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Short Description	Enter a description of the order line cancel reason code.
Detailed Description	Enter a detailed description of the order line cancel reason code.
Active	Select this check box if the order line cancel reason code is active. Inactive order line cancel reason codes do not appear in the Lookup window when a user is cancelling an order line item, but can still be manually entered. This check box is selected by default.
