Menu Path: Customer Service Module Setup Sales Orders Order Pad Method Maintenance
Define valid order pad methods.
Use Order Pad Method Maintenance to set up pre-defined order pad types to facilitate customer order entry.
This program was also designed to facilitate the population of order pad records, based on an entered custom program name.

Click this button to create a new order pad method. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed. |

Click this button to update the selected order pad method. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed. |

Click this button to delete the selected order pad method. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed. |
OK |
Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available if you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon. |

Show Data |
Click this button to display order pad methods based on the selected criteria on the Inquiry tab. This button is only available if you click the Inquiry tab. |

Click this button to display the first order pad method. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed. |

Click this button to display the previous order pad method. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed. |
Next |
Click this button to display the next order pad method. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed. |

Click this button to display the last order pad method. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed. |

Select one of the following to determine the customer(s) that can use this order pad method:

Enter labels for the order pad method. These fields can be used in conjunction with the custom program entered in the Program Name field to facilitate the creation of order pad records. |
Note This tab is disabled if you are creating, editing, or deleting an order pad method.

Select this check box to display all order pad methods. This check box is selected by default. |

Enter an order pad method you want to display, or click the Lookup button to select an order pad method. If you want to display a range of order pad methods, enter the first order pad method in the range, or click the Lookup button to select an order pad method. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Order Pad Methods check box. |

Enter the last order pad method in a range of order pad methods, or click the Lookup button to select an order pad method. If you want to display a single order pad method, you can leave this field blank. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Order Pad Methods check box. |

Select whether to display order pad methods for all customers, for specific customers, or for specific price books. |

This grid displays order pad methods that meet the selected criteria after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Double-click an order pad method to display it on the Main tab. |
