Note You can also click the Order and BOL Inquiry button in the ribbon in Order Entry, Order Edit, or Order Inquiry to use Order and Bill of Lading Inquiry.

Purpose

View BOL and EDI information for the selected order or customer purchase order (PO)

Overview

Use Order and Bill of Lading Inquiry to view the BOL, pick demand, packages, and pallet information for a given order or orders of a particular customer purchase order.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Order and Bill of Lading window.
Show Data	Click this button to refresh data for the selected order or customer purchase order.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Search For	Select one of the following radio buttons to display the required field: Order Number - Select this radio button to display the Order Number field. This radio button is selected by default. Customer PO Number - Select this radio button to display the Customer PO Number field.
Order Number	Enter an order number for which to display the BOL or EDI information in the grids, or click the Lookup button to enter an order number. This field is only available if you have selected the Order Number radio button.
Customer PO Number	Enter a customer purchase order number for which to display the BOL or EDI information in the grids, or click the Lookup button to enter a customer PO number. This field is only available if you have selected the Customer PO radio button.
Show Order Related Information Only	Select this check box to display the pick demands, pick demand lines, packages, or pallets related to the specific order or customer PO under the highlighted BOL in the BOL grid. This check box is selected by default.
Order	This grid displays information related to the selected order or all orders associated with the selected customer PO. Double-click a row to drill down to Order Edit or Order Inquiry based on your access.
Child BOL	This grid displays the child BOLs for the specified order or customer PO. Double-click a row to drill down to BOL Inquiry.
Display Options	Select one of the following radio buttons to display the related information for the highlighted BOL in the grid: Pick Demands Pick Demand Lines Packages Pallets The Pick Demands radio button is selected by default.
Pick Demands/Pick Demand Lines/Packages/Pallets	Use the Display Options to display the required information in this grid.
