Purpose

Define product cycle count classes.

Overview

Use Product Cycle Count Class Maintenance to define classes that are used to create product count Wireless Warehouse cycle counting tasks for a group of products in the same location. You can associate a product cycle count class to a product/location on the Cycle Count tab in Product Location Maintenance or you can reclassify multiple products in Reclassify Product Cycle Count Classes.

Creating Product Cycle Count Classes

To create a product cycle count class:

Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter an ID for the product cycle count class in the Product Cycle Count Class ID field.
Enter a name for the product cycle count class in the Product Cycle Count Class Name field.
Enter a count sequence value for the product cycle count class in the Count Sequence field.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The product cycle count class is created.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Product Cycle Count Class Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new product cycle count class.
Update	Click this button to update the selected product cycle count class.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected product cycle count class.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first product cycle count class.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous product cycle count class.
Next	Click this button to display the next product cycle count class.
Last	Click this button to display the last product cycle count class.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Product Cycle Count Class ID	Enter a product cycle count class ID, or click the Lookup button to select a product cycle count class ID.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Product Cycle Count Class Name	Enter a name for the product cycle count class.
Count Sequence	Enter a sequence value for the product cycle count class. This defaults to 10 more than the highest existing sequence value.
