Product User Defined Field Update

To use Product User Defined Field Update, click the Product User Defined Field Update button in the ribbon in Product Inquiry or Product Maintenance.

Note This button is only available if the Other Information tab is displayed, if at least one invoice or credit memo exists for the product, and if incentives or incentive goals exist.

Purpose

Update the value of product user-defined fields.

Overview

Use Product User Defined Field Update to update the value of the fourth product user-defined field value.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
OK	Click this button to update the user-defined field value and close the Product User Defined Field Update window.
Cancel	Click this button to close the Product User Defined Field Update window without updating the user-defined field value.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Product Code	This field displays the product code for which you are updating the user-defined field value.
Product Name	This field displays the product name for which you are updating the user-defined field value.

Old Value	This field displays the existing value of the product user-defined field.
New Value	Enter the new value for the product user-defined field.
