Purchase Class List

To use Purchase Class List, click the List button in Summary DRP Management.

Purpose

Select multiple purchase classes.

Use Purchase Class List to select multiple purchase classes for filtering. For more information on purchase classes, see Purchase Class Maintenance.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Purchase Class List window.

Field or Button	Description
Purchase Class	Enter a purchase class you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a purchase class. After you enter a purchase class in this field, click the Add button to select it.
Add	Click this button to select the purchase class entered in the Purchase Class field.
Purchase Class Begins	Enter a value by which to filter purchase classes in the Available Purchase Classes grid. Example Enter ABC to only display purchase classes in the Available Purchase Classes grid that begin with the characters ABC.
Available Purchase Classes	This grid displays purchase classes that are not selected. Double-click a purchase class you want to select, or select a purchase class, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected purchase class to the Selected Purchase Classes grid.
	Click this button to add all purchase classes in the Available Purchase Classes grid to the Selected Purchase Classes grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected purchase class from the Selected Purchase Classes grid.
	Click this button to remove all purchase classes from the Selected Purchase Classes grid.
Selected Purchase Classes	This grid displays selected purchase classes. Double-click a purchase class to remove it from the grid, or select a purchase class, and then click the left arrow button.
