Purpose

View purchasing date changes.

Overview

Use Purchasing Date Change Inquiry to display date change history of purchase orders, shipments, and containers.

Click this button to close the Purchasing Date Change Inquiry window.

Show Data

Click this button to display purchasing date change data, based on the selected criteria.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Reason Type

Select whether to display date change information for a specific purchase order, shipment, or container.

Purchase Order #/Shipment #/Container #

Enter a purchase order, shipment, or container number for which to display date change information, or click the Lookup button to select a purchase order, shipment, or container number.

All Date Types

Select this check box to display date change information for all date types. This check box is selected by default.

Date Type

Click the Lookup button to select a date type for which to display date change information. This Lookup button is only enabled if you clear the All Date Types check box.  You can select one of the following:

  • Purchase Date

  • Ship Date

  • Required Date

  • Delivery Date

  • Final Change Date

Note For a shipment, you can only select Ship Date or Delivery Date. For a container, you can only select Delivery Date.

Results

This grid displays date change information based on the selected criteria.
