To use Record List, click the Lookup button in Invoice Posting Audit Report or a custom program created with the Custom Program Wizard.

Purpose

Select multiple values by which to filter.

Use Record List to select multiple values for filtering data.

Available Values

This grid displays values that are not selected. Double-click a value you want to select, or select a value, and then click the Add button.

Add

Click this button to add the selected value to the Selected Values grid.

Remove

Click this button to remove the selected value from the Selected Values grid.

Selected Values

This grid displays selected values. Double-click a value to remove it from the grid, or select a value, and then click the Remove button.
