To use Remove Accounts by Domain, click the Remove Accounts by Domain button in the ribbon in User Profile Maintenance.
Delete Apprise users that are not users in a Windows domain.
Use Remove Accounts by Domain to select multiple Apprise Active Directory login users to delete if the users are not in a Windows domain. You should periodically delete users who have been removed from your domain.

This grid displays Apprise Active Directory users that are not in the entered Windows domain (after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon). Select the check box in the first column for users that you want to delete. You can also use the Select All button in the ribbon to select the check box for all displayed users.. |
