Purpose

Enter, view, edit, or delete reorder quantity methods.

Overview

Use Reorder Quantity Method Maintenance to set up calculations to determine reorder trigger quantity requirements. Reorder quantity methods are used to construct buying methods.

You can build standard and custom reorder quantity methods based on different reorder quantity parameters and programming logic.

Exit

Click this button to close the Reorder Quantity Method Maintenance window.

New

Click this button to create a new reorder quantity method.

Update

Click this button to update the selected reorder quantity method.

Delete

Click this button to delete the selected reorder quantity method.

OK

Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.

Cancel

Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.

First

Click this button to display the first reorder quantity method.

Prev

Click this button to display the previous reorder quantity method.

Next

Click this button to display the next reorder quantity method.

This grid displays calculation parameters used to perform reorder quantity calculations.

Name

Type

This field displays the type of field (character, integer, decimal, date, or logical) associated with the selected parameter. This is specified only by Apprise. For more information, see DRP - Reorder Quantity Method FAQ.

Value

Enter the default value for the selected parameter in the Parameters grid, or click the Lookup button to select a default value. For more information, see DRP - Reorder Quantity Method FAQ.

Note This default value can be changed when setting up a buying method.

New

Click this button to create a new parameter for the reorder quantity method. This button is only enabled if you are creating a new reorder quantity method, or updating a reorder quantity method that is not a system default.

Update

Click this button to update the selected parameter for the reorder quantity method.

Delete
