Purpose

Set up and maintain sales restriction groups.

Overview

Use Sales Restriction Group Maintenance to view, create, edit, and delete sales restriction groups, which are groups of customers set up for sales restrictions.

Creating Sales Restriction Groups

To create a sales restriction group:

Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter a code for the sales restriction group in the Sales Restriction Group Code field.
Enter a description of the sales restriction group in the Description field.
For each customer you want to include in the group, enter the customer code or name, and then click the Add button.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The sales restriction group is created.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Sales Restriction Group Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new sales restriction group.
Update	Click this button to edit the selected sales restriction group.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected sales restriction group.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first sales restriction group.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous sales restriction group.
Next	Click this button to display the next sales restriction group.
Last	Click this button to display the last sales restriction group.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Sales Restriction Group Code	Enter a sales restriction group code, or click the Lookup button to select a sales restriction group code.
Description	Enter a description of the sales restriction group.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Customer Code	Enter a customer code to add to the sales restriction group, or click the Lookup button to select a customer code.
Name	Enter a customer name to add to the sales restriction group, or click the Lookup button to select a customer name.
Add	Click this button to add the selected customer to the sales restriction group.
Remove	Click this button to remove the selected customer in the Selected Customers grid from the sales restriction group.
Remove All	Click this button to remove all customers from the sales restriction group.
Selected Customers	This grid displays customers included in the sales restriction group. If you are creating or editing a sales restriction group, you can double-click a customer to remove it from the group.
