To use Supplier Allowance Expiration Management, click the Inactive button in the ribbon in Supplier Allowance Deal Maintenance.
Manage expired supplier allowance deals.
Use Supplier Allowance Expiration Management to view supplier allowance deals that are expired as of a specific date, and to optionally mark the expired deals as inactive.

Click this button to update the inactive status of deals. |
Show Data |
Click this button to display deals in the Deals grid that are expired on or before the date entered in the Date field. |
OK |
Click this button to mark any deals inactive for which the check box is selected in the Inactive column in the Deals grid. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon. |
Cancel |
Click this button to cancel the inactive status update for deals. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon. |
Select All |
Click this button to select the check box in the Inactive column in the Deals grid for all deals. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon. |

This grid displays deals that expire on or before the entered date (after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon). To mark deals as inactive, click the Update button in the ribbon, select the check box in the Inactive column for deals you want to mark inactive, and then click the OK button in the ribbon. Double-click a deal to display Supplier Allowance Deal Maintenance, which allows you to view detailed information for the deal. |
