Purpose

View tally sheet line items for a physical inventory ID.

Overview

Use Tally Sheet Detail Inquiry to display tally sheet line item information for a specific physical inventory ID. You can view line item information for all or a specific product, tally sheet, unit of measure, and/or bin. For products that are tracked by lot or serial number, you can also select to only view line item information for a specific lot or serial number.

Using the Inquiry

To use Tally Sheet Detail Inquiry:

Enter a location prefix or name for which to display tally sheet line item information in the Location Prefix or Location Name field.
Enter a physical inventory ID for which to display tally sheet line item information in the Physical Inventory ID field.
If you want to only display tally sheet line item information for a specific product, tally sheet, unit of measure, and/or bin, clear the appropriate All check box(es) and enter a product code/name, tally sheet, unit of measure, and/or bin in the appropriate fields. If you are only displaying tally sheet line item information for a single product that is tracked by lot or serial number, you can also optionally clear the All check box and enter a specific lot or serial number.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Tally sheet line item information displays on the Results tab based on the selected criteria.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Tally Sheet Detail Inquiry window.
Show Data	Click this button to display tally sheet information on the Results tab based on the selected criteria on the Selection tab.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Location Prefix	Enter a location prefix for which to display tally sheet line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This defaults to the default shipping location prefix for your user ID.
Location Name	Enter a location name for which to display tally sheet line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a location name. This defaults to the default shipping location name for your user ID.
Physical Inventory ID	Enter a physical inventory ID for which to display tally sheet line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a physical inventory ID.

Selection Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
All (Products)	Select this check box to display tally sheet line item information for all products. This check box is selected by default.
Product Code	Enter a product code for which to display tally sheet line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box to the left of it.
Product Name	Enter a product name for which to display tally sheet line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a product name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box to the left of it.
All (Tally Sheets)	Select this check box to display tally sheet line item information for all tally sheets. This check box is selected by default.
Tally Sheet Code	Enter a tally sheet code for which to display line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a tally sheet code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box to the left of it.
All (Units of Measure)	Select this check box to display tally sheet line item information for all units of measure. This check box is selected by default.
Unit of Measure	Enter a unit of measure for which to display tally sheet line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a unit of measure. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box to the left of it.
All (Bins)	Select this check box to display tally sheet line item information for all bins. This check box is selected by default.
Bin	Enter a bin for which to display tally sheet line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a bin. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box to the left of it.
All (Lots)	Select this check box to display tally sheet line item information for all lots. This check box is selected by default, and is only enabled if you enter a lot-tracked product code or name in the Product Code or Product Name field.
Lot	Enter a lot for which to display tally sheet line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a lot. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box to the left of it.
All (Serial Numbers)	Select this check box to display tally sheet line item information for all serial numbers. This check box is selected by default, and is only enabled if you enter a product code or name in the Product Code or Product Name field for a product that is tracked by serial number.
Serial #	Enter a serial number for which to display tally sheet line item information, or click the Lookup button to select a serial number. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box to the left of it.

Results Tab Fields and Buttons

Tally Sheets	This grid displays tally sheet line item information based on the criteria on the Selection tab after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon.
