To use Team Selection, click the Global Update button in the ribbon in Chargeback Team Maintenance, Credit Team Maintenance, Collection Team Maintenance, or Customer Service Team Maintenance.
Select a team to which to assign customers.
Use Team Selection to select a chargeback, credit, collection, or customer service team to which to assign customers that are currently assigned to another team.
