Purpose

Unlock tally sheets.

Overview

Use Unlock Tally Sheet Utility to unlock tally sheets so that tally sheets can be consolidated. You should only unlock tally sheets if you are sure that no user is actually in the process of updating tally sheets.

Unlocking Tally Sheets

To unlock tally sheets:

If you want to unlock tally sheets for a specific physical inventory ID, clear the All check box and enter the physical inventory ID in the Physical Inventory ID field.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Locked tally sheets appear in the Locked Tally Sheets grid.
Select a tally sheet you want to unlock.
Click the OK button to unlock all displayed locked tally sheets. The Warning dialog box appears, and asks you to confirm whether you want to unlock tally sheets.
Click the Yes button. The tally sheets are unlocked.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Unlock Tally Sheet Utility window.
OK	Click this button to unlock the selected tally sheet in the Locked Tally Sheets grid.
Show Data	Click this button to display locked tally sheets for all inventory ID's or a selected physical inventory ID.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
All	Select this check box to display locked tally sheets for all physical inventory ID's. This check box is selected by default.
Physical Inventory ID	Enter a physical inventory ID for which to display locked tally sheets, or click the Lookup button to select a physical inventory ID. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Locked Tally Sheets	This grid displays tally sheets that are locked and information about when the tally sheets were locked. You can click the Show Data button in the ribbon to refresh the data in this grid.
