To use Workflow Definition Security, right-click a Tab, Section, or Task box in Monitoring Definition Designer or Lifecycle Definition Designer, and select Set Security.
Enter security settings for tasks, sections, or tabs.
Use Workflow Definition Security to assign security settings to teams for specific tasks, sections, or tabs.

Click the Lookup button to select a security level for the task, section, or tab. You can select one of the following security levels:
Additionally, you can set up team-specific security for tasks, sections, and tabs in the Override section. Team-specific security for tasks overrides any inherited security. |

Enter a team for which you want to set up security, or click the Lookup button to select a team. |

This field displays the name of the selected team. |

Click the Lookup button to select the security for the selected team. You can select one of the following security levels:
Team-specific security for tasks overrides any inherited security. |

Click this button to enter the selected team-specific security in the Override grid. |

Click this button to remove the selected team-specific security from the Override grid. |

This grid displays team-specific security settings for the selected task, section, or tab. Double-click a row to edit a security setting. |
