Associated Credit or Debit Memos

To use Associated Credit or Debit Memos, click the Associated CR/DR Memos button in the ribbon in Voucher Audit Inquiry.

Note The Associated CR/DR Memos button is only available if you select a voucher with associated credit memos or debit memos.

Purpose

View information for credit memos or debit memos associated with a voucher.

Overview

Use Associated Credit or Debit Memos to display credit memo or debit memo information for credit memos or debit memos associated with a specific voucher.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Associated Credit or Debit Memos window.
OK	Click this button to close the Associated Credit or Debit Memos window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Voucher #	This field displays the selected voucher number.
Type	This field displays the type of the selected voucher.
Audit Sequence #	This field displays the audit sequence number for the selected voucher.
Of	This field displays the total number of audit sequence numbers for the selected voucher.
Associated Credit Or Debit Memos List	This grid displays credit or debit memos associated with the selected voucher.
