To use CRM Rules, click the Add Rule button or double-click a selection rule in CRM Target Selection.

Purpose

Create a new CRM rule for determining campaign targets.

Overview

Use CRM Rules to set up a CRM rule, which is used to determine the targets for a campaign.

Example You want a campaign to target customers who have not been contacted in 30 days. You set up a CRM rule to determine the customers who have not been contacted in 30 days.

Click this button to close the CRM Rules window.

Click this button to save the CRM rule and close the CRM Rules window.

Select one of the following:

  • Keep Only - Select this option to target only companies that meet the selection criterion.

  • Remove - Select this option to exclude companies that meet the selection criterion.

Note The Begin With radio button is automatically selected for the Begin With criterion, and cannot be changed.

Selection Criteria

Select the selection criterion you want to use to target companies.

Selection Rules

These fields and radio buttons allow you to specify the details of the selection criterion. The available fields and buttons depend on the option selected in the grid.
