CRM Target Selection

To use CRM Target Selection, click the Select Targets button in the ribbon in Campaign Management.

Purpose

Select contacts for a campaign.

Overview

Use CRM Target Selection to target contacts for a campaign based on selection criteria.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button

Description

Exit

Click this button to close the CRM Target Selection window.

OK

Click this button to close the CRM Target Selection window and add the targeted contacts to the campaign.

Preview Targets

Click this button to display the first 100 contacts based on the selection criteria.

Display All Targets

Click this button to display all contacts based on the selection criteria.

Save Selection Criteria

Click this button to display Save and Load Selection Criteria, which allows you to save a group of selection criteria for future use.

Load Selection Criteria

Click this button to display Save and Load Selection Criteria, which allows you to load a group of previously saved selection criteria.

Add Rule

Click this button to display CRM Rules, which allows you to add a new target selection criterion.

Remove Rule

Click this button to remove a selected selection criterion in the Selection Rules grid. You cannot remove the Begin With selection rule.

Select

Select whether to target contacts for customers, qualified prospects, or prospects.

Max Targets Per Company

Enter the maximum number of contacts to target for each company.

Example If you enter 1, only 1 contact is targeted for each company.

Selection Rules

This grid displays target selection criteria. You can double-click a selection criterion to display CRM Rules, which allows you to edit it.

Targets

This grid displays contacts based on the selection criteria after you click the Preview Targets or Display All Targets button in the ribbon.
