Define Company Range

To use Define Company Range, click the Company Range button in the ribbon in Financial Report Print / Export.

Purpose

Define a range of companies for financial reports.

Use Define Company Range to specify a range of companies for financial reports output in Financial Report Print / Export.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Define Company Range window.
OK	Click this button to accept the company range, and close the Define Company Range window.

Field or Button	Description
Column	If you accessed this window directly from Financial Report Print / Export, this field displays * ALL G/L Accounts Data Columns * to indicate the selected ranges are for all columns in financial reports. If you accessed this window from Define Column Header and Format, this field displays the selected column.
From Company Name	This field displays the company name of the first company in a range of companies for financial reports.
To Company Name	This field displays the company name of the last company in a range of companies for financial reports.
From Company ID	Click the Lookup button to select the first system ID in a range of system ID's for financial reports.
To Company ID	Click the Lookup button to select the last system ID in a range of system ID's for financial reports.
