Purpose

Review imported and copied sales and order forecast history.

Overview

Use Forecast History Import and Copy Audit to audit forecast sales and order history that was imported in Forecast Sales History Import and copied from other products in Forecast Sales History Copy. You can then delete specific forecast sales history records.

Auditing Forecast History Data

To audit forecast history data:

Enter a product code or name from which to display forecast sales history in the Product Code or Product Name field.
Enter a range of dates for which to display forecast sales history in the From Date and To Date fields.
Select other filter data for the forecast sales history you want to display.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. The Results tab displays forecast sales history for the selected criteria.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Forecast History Import and Copy Audit window.
Delete	Click this button to delete forecast sales history.
Show Data	Click this button to display imported and copied forecast sales history on the Results tab, based on the selected criteria on the Select tab.
OK	Click this button to accept the deletion of forecast sales history. This button is only available after you click the Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel the deletion of forecast sales history. This button is only available after you click the Delete button in the ribbon.

Select Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Product Code	Enter a product code for which to display forecast sales history, or click the Lookup button to select a product code.
Product Name	Enter a product name for which to display forecast sales history, or click the Lookup button to select a product name.
From Date	Enter the first date in a range of dates for which to display forecast sales history, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date.
To Date	Enter the last date in a range of dates for which to display forecast sales history, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date.
All Locations	Select this check box to display forecast sales history for all locations. This check box is selected by default.
Location	Enter a location prefix for which to display forecast sales history, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Locations check box.
Name	Enter a location name for which to display forecast sales history, or click the Lookup button to select a location name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Locations check box.
All Forecast Groups	Select this check box to display forecast sales history for all forecast groups. This check box is selected by default.
Forecast Group	Enter a forecast group for which to display forecast sales history, or click the Lookup button to select a forecast group. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Forecast Groups check box.
Description	This field displays the description of the forecast group entered in the Forecast Group field.
All Update Dates	Select this check box to display forecast sales history for all update dates. This check box is selected by default.
Update From Date	Enter the first date in a range of dates on which forecast sales history was imported or copied for which to display forecast sales history, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Update Dates check box.
Update To Date	Enter the last date in a range of dates on which forecast sales history was imported or copied for which to display forecast sales history, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Update Dates check box.
All Update By	Select this check box to display forecast sales history updated by all users. This check box is selected by default.
Update By	Enter a user ID of a user who updated forecast sales history that you want to display, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Update By check box.
All Sequence Numbers	Select this check box to display forecast sales history for all sequence numbers. This check box is selected by default.
Sequence Number	Enter an update sequence number for which to display forecast sales history. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Sequence Numbers check box.
All Update By Proc	Select this check box to display all imported and copied forecast sales history. This check box is selected by default.
Update By Proc	Click the Lookup button to select whether to display imported or copied forecast sales history. The Lookup button is only enabled if you clear the All Update By Proc check box.
Demand	Select whether to display actual forecast sales history or point-of-sale history.

Results Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Period/Sequence Number	Select a time period for sales history to display in the Forecast Import History grid, or select the Sequence Number radio button to display forecast sales history by update sequence number.
All/Related	Select whether to display all forecast sales history, or only forecast sales history for a specific week, date, or sequence number. This button is only enabled if you display daily forecast sales history for a specific month, week, or sequence number.
Forecast Import History	This grid displays forecast sales history based on the selected criteria after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon. If monthly forecast sales history is displayed, double-click a row (or click the down-arrow button) to display weekly forecast sales history. If weekly forecast sales history is displayed, double-click a row (or click the down-arrow button) to display daily forecast sales history. If daily forecast sales history is displayed, double-click a row (or click the down-arrow button) to display forecast sales history for a specific update sequence number.
	If weekly forecast sales history is displayed in the Forecast Import History grid, click this button to display monthly forecast sales history. If daily forecast sales history is displayed in the Forecast Import History grid, click this button to display weekly forecast sales history. If forecast sales history for a specific update sequence number is displayed in the Forecast Import History grid, click this button to display daily forecast sales history.
	If monthly forecast sales history is displayed in the Forecast Import History grid, click this button to display weekly forecast sales history for the selected row. If weekly forecast sales history is displayed in the Forecast Import History grid, click this button to display daily forecast sales history for the selected row. If daily forecast sales history is displayed in the Forecast Import History grid, click this button to display forecast sales history for a specific update sequence number.
