Before using this import, the following must be set up:
A blank entry in a field will update a blank in that field. If you are doing an update and you do not want to change existing data in a field, then the import field must contain "<>". The only exception are the fields that are mandatory. Blanks are not allowed for mandatory fields.
One column of B, C, D, E, F, G, M, or N must have a value or Yes. The other five must be blank or No.
Column A must be a valid product code, or column K must be entered. If column L is specified, column K must be a valid category that contains the subcategory in column L. If a category or category/subcategory is specified, column B must be blank.
If column H is Yes, then column I must be blank. If column I has a value in it, column H must be No.
If you specify a quantity in column I and a category or category/subcategory combination in columns K and L, a sales restriction record will be set up for quantity I for each product in the category or category/subcategory specified.
There must be a record of blank space(s) at the end of an import file.
