SevenFifty Export Format

You can export the following files for SevenFifty in Generate Data Extract.

Customer - Customer information
Employee - Sales representative information
Inventory - Quantity available and quantity on order for products
Product - Product and pricing information

NOTE Before you export data to SevenFifty, contact the Aptean Professional Services Team or the Aptean Customer Success Team for more assistance on tailoring the standard export format to suit your business.

Product Price Export Logic

To export data to SevenFifty, the system assumes that a product only has two UMs:

Bottle
CaseX (X could be 6,12, and so on)

This is the normal case for wine distributors.

List Price

If you select List Price 1-4 as the price source in Data Extract Selection Maintenance, then the system exports the selected list price in the Frontline case price column. The system converts the list price if the product's default selling UM is not the case UM.

Example Product A has two UMs: Bottle and Case6.

List Price 1 is $10, and the default selling UM is Bottle, then Frontline case price is $60.
List Price 1 is $10, and the default selling UM is Case6, then Frontline case price is $10, no conversion is needed.

Price Matrix Price

If you select a price matrix price as the price source in Data Extract Selection Maintenance, the system searches for a price matrix record as if one CaseX of the product is ordered.

The system searches only for those price matrix records that meet the following conditions:

Status is Active.
Price Type must be Fixed Price.
Price Region is the same as what is selected in Generate Data Extract.
Price Book or Customer is the same as what is defined in Data Extract Selection Maintenance.
Current date is within its date range.

Example In Data Extract Selection Maintenance, you select Price Book-Price Class as the price source, and select 750Customers as the Price Book. 750Customers is a fake price book that's used for exporting the product-pricing data to SevenFifty.
