Purpose

Set up and maintain bin cycle count groups.

Overview

Use Bin Cycle Count Group Maintenance to define groups that are used to create bin count wireless warehouse cycle counting tasks for a group of bins. You can associate a bin cycle count group to a bin in Bin Maintenance.

Creating Bin Cycle Count Groups

To create a bin cycle count group:

Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter an ID for the bin cycle count group in the Bin Cycle Count Group ID field.
Enter a name for the bin cycle count group in the Bin Cycle Count Group Name field.
Enter a sequence value for the bin cycle count group in the Count Sequence field.
Click the OK button in the ribbon.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Bin Cycle Count Group Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new bin cycle count group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Update	Click this button to update the selected bin cycle count group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected bin cycle count group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Show Data	Click this button to display bin cycle count group information. This button is only available if you click the Inquiry tab.
First	Click this button to display the first bin cycle count group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous bin cycle count group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Next	Click this button to display the next bin cycle count group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Last	Click this button to display the last bin cycle count group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Bin Cycle Count Group ID	Enter a bin cycle count group ID, or click the Lookup button to select a bin cycle count group ID.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Bin Cycle Count Group Name	Enter a name for the bin cycle count group.
Count Sequence	Enter a sequence value for the bin cycle count group. This defaults to 10 more than the highest existing sequence value.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Note This tab is disabled if you are creating, editing, or deleting a bin cycle count group.

Field or Button	Description
Bin Cycle Count Groups	This grid displays bin cycle count groups after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Double-click a bin cycle count group to select it.
