Blanket PO Release Selection

To use Blanket PO Release Selection, click the Add Blanket PO Releases button in the ribbon in Container Management.

Note This button is only available after you click the New or Update button in the ribbon.

Purpose

Add or remove blanket purchase order releases from a container.

Overview

Use Blanket PO Release Selection to specify the blanket purchase order releases that have products in a specific container, which you selected in Container Management.

You can specify the ship-to location and supplier to filter the available blanket purchase order releases listed in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Blanket PO Release Selection window.
Show Data	Click this button to display data in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid based on the selected criteria.
Blanket Release	Click this button to display Blanket Purchase Order Release Entry, which allows you to view and update information for the selected blanket purchase order release in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
All (Ship-To Locations)	Select this check box to display blanket purchase order releases for all ship-to locations. This check box is cleared by default.
Ship To Location	Enter a ship-to location prefix to include blanket purchase order releases for the location in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This field is only enabled if the All check box to the left of it is cleared.
Name (Location)	Enter a ship-to location name to include blanket purchase order releases for the location in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid, or click the Lookup button to select a location name. This field is only enabled if the All check box to the left of it is cleared.
All (Suppliers)	Select this check box to display blanket purchase order releases from all suppliers in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid. This check box is selected by default.
Supplier	Enter a supplier code to include blanket purchase order releases for the supplier in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box to the left of it.
Name (Supplier)	Enter a supplier name to include blanket purchase order releases for the supplier in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box to the left of it.
Available Blanket PO Releases	This grid displays all blanket purchase order releases from which you can add products to a container.
	Click this button to add all blanket purchase order releases in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid to the Selected Blanket PO Releases grid.
	Click this button to add a blanket purchase order releases selected in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid to the Selected Blanket PO Releases grid.
	Click this button to remove a blanket purchase order releases from the Selected Blanket PO Releases grid.
	Click this button to remove all blanket purchase order releases from the Selected Blanket PO Releases grid.
Selected Blanket PO Releases	This grid displays blanket purchase order releases selected for the container.
Position to Blanket PO #	Enter a blanket purchase order number, and then press the Tab key to select that blanket purchase order in the Available Blanket PO Releases grid.
