Purpose

Maintain bookings groups.

Overview

Use Bookings Group Maintenance to create, update, and delete bookings groups. Bookings groups are used to group customers together. You can filter by bookings groups in Bookings Summary Management to perform order booking analysis.

After you create bookings groups, you can assign customers to bookings groups in the Bookings Group field on the Sales tab in Customer Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Bookings Group Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new bookings group.
Update	Click this button to update the selected bookings group.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected bookings group.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first bookings group.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous bookings group.
Next	Click this button to display the next bookings group.
Last	Click this button to display the last bookings group.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Group ID	Enter a bookings group ID, or click the Lookup button to select an existing bookings group ID.
