To use Bookings Reason, edit an order of an order class for which bookings reason codes are required.
Enter a bookings reason code for a changed order.
Use Bookings Reason to enter a bookings reason code for an order that you have changed.

This field indicates whether the bookings reason code is a customer or internal type reason code. This is informational only. Example You can use a customer type bookings reason code for when a customer has decided they want to change the required date on an order. You can use an internal type bookings reason code for when a customer service representative needs to change an order. |
