To use Build Inquiry, perform one of the following:
Click the Build button on the Inquiries tab in the ribbon in Inventory Matrix Inquiry.
Double-click a value in the MFG Only or MFG Alloc column in the Results grid in Inventory Matrix Inquiry.
Double-click a value in the MFG Only or MFG Alloc column in the Component Inventory grid in Kit Inquiry.
Click the View Revisions button in the ribbon in Bill of Material Inquiry.
Click the Build Inquiry button in the ribbon in Work Order Create or Work Order Subassembly Creation.
View build information for products.
Use Build Inquiry to display information on built products, so you can determine how many of the product can be built.

Enter a product code for which you want to view build information, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. |

Enter a location prefix for which to view build information for a product, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This field is only available if the All check box is cleared. |

Enter a location name for which to view build information for a product, or click the Lookup button to select a location name. This field is only available if the All check box is cleared. |

Select a method for sorting component products in the Components grid. |

|
Select this check box to view only build information for the active revision of the product's bill of material. Clear this check box if you want to view all revisions of the product's bill of material. |

This grid displays inventory information for a manufactured product. |

This grid displays component information for a product selected in the Finished Item grid. |
