To use Campaign List, click the List button in CRM Task Management.

Purpose

Select multiple campaigns.

Overview

Use Campaign List to select multiple campaigns for filtering. For more information on campaigns, see Campaign Management.

Click this button to close the Campaign List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Campaign Name

Enter a campaign you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a campaign.

Add

Click this button to add the campaign entered in the Campaign Name field to the Selected Campaigns grid.

Campaign Name Begins

Enter the beginning of a campaign you want to display in the Available Campaigns grid, or click the Lookup button to select a campaign.

Available Campaigns

This grid displays campaigns that are not selected. Double-click a campaign you want to select, or select a campaign, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add the selected campaign to the Selected Campaigns grid.

Click this button to add all campaigns in the Available Campaigns grid to the Selected Campaigns grid.

Click this button to remove the selected campaign from the Selected Campaigns grid.

Click this button to remove all campaigns from the Selected Campaigns grid.

Selected Campaigns

This grid displays selected campaigns. Double-click a campaign to remove it from the grid, or select a campaign, and then click the left arrow button.
