Purpose

Make miscellaneous adjustments to co-op balances. View a co-op customer’s current co-op available amount.

Overview

Use Co-Op Adjustment Utility to update accrued and/or used co-op amounts for a specific customer, co-op period, and co-op year. For more information, see Co-op Sales Process Flow.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button

Description

Exit

Click this button to close the Co-Op Adjustment Utility window.

Update

Click this button to adjust accrued or used co-op amounts.

OK

Click this button to accept a co-op adjustment. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.

Cancel

Click this button to cancel a co-op adjustment. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Customer Code

Enter a customer code for which to update co-op information, or click the Lookup button to select a customer code.

Customer Name

Enter a customer name for which to view co-op information, or click the Lookup button to select a customer name.

Sales Representative

This field displays the primary sales representative for the selected customer.

Sales Representative 2

This field displays the secondary sales representative for the selected customer.

Co-op Period

Click the Lookup buttons to select the co-op period and year for which you want to update co-op amounts. You can set up co-op periods and years in Co-Op Year Maintenance.

Accrued (Period)

Enter the co-op amount earned based on sales of co-op products for the selected period. This field is only enabled after you click the Update button in the ribbon.

Used (Period)

Enter the co-op amount credited back to the customer for the selected period. This field is only enabled after you click the Update button in the ribbon.

Available (Period)

This field displays the co-op amount left to be credited back to the customer for the selected period.

Accrued (Year)

This field displays the total co-op amount earned based on sales of co-op products for the selected co-op year.

Used (Year)

This field displays the total co-op amount credited back to the customer for the selected co-op year.

Available (Year)

This field displays the total co-op amount left to be credited back to the customer for the selected co-op year.
