Purpose

Define companion books.

Overview

Use Companion Book Maintenance to set up companion books. A companion book can be assigned to a customer on the Options tab in Customer Maintenance. For more information, see companion products.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Companion Book Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new companion book.
Update	Click this button to update the selected companion book.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected companion book.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first companion book.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous companion book.
Next	Click this button to display the next companion book.
Last	Click this button to display the last companion book.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Companion Book ID	Enter a companion book ID, or click the Lookup button to select a companion book ID.

Name	Enter a name for the companion book.
Description	Enter a description of the companion book.
